Two seated allegorical female figures — one holding scales at left, the other a cornucopia at right — frame a large blank central panel reserved for the watermark, while a portrait medallion of Minerva in a classical helmet occupies the top centre. A lower frieze carries an eagle-and-floral vignette flanked by decorative panels, and the engravers' credits appear in the bottom margin. |
