正面描述	Portrait of Sun Yat-sen within an oval intaglio vignette at left, set against a fine guilloche underprint covering the entire field. A large ornate cartouche at centre-right bears the denomination in Chinese characters, flanked by the bank title at top and denomination numerals in each corner. Two red seal stamps appear in the lower centre, with the printer's imprint and date of issue inscribed along the bottom margin.

背面描述	The reverse is executed in violet-purple tones with an elaborate guilloche design throughout. A central cartouche displays the numeral "100" over the word "YUAN" in a banner, flanked by two symmetrical medallions each bearing the numeral "100". The bank title is inscribed in a panel at top, the denomination in words appears in a panel at bottom, and the year "1941" is set in a tablet below centre. Two signature lines, for the Assistant General Manager and the General Manager respectively, appear at the lower left and right, with the printer's imprint along the bottom margin.
