| Obverse description | The national emblem of Kazakhstan — a shanyrak (the upper domed portion of a yurt) with crossed ornamental wings radiating outward, surmounted by a five-pointed star and flanked by mythical winged horses (tulepar) — occupies the upper central field. Traditional Kazakh scrollwork ornaments frame the design on either side. The denomination '100' appears in large numerals in the lower central field, with 'TEŃGE' inscribed beneath. A bilingual circular legend surrounds the design, reading '• QAZAQSTAN ULTTYQ BANKI •' in the upper arc and 'NATIONAL BANK OF KAZAKHSTAN' in the lower arc. |
