Two manuscript signatures appear below centre, captioned 'MINISTRO DE ECONOMIA' and 'GOBERNADOR', with the expiry legend 'FECHA DE CADUCIDAD: 31 DE DICIEMBRE DE 1987' printed across the middle of the note. |
