| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in a rich combination of dark brown, blue, and terracotta, with an ornate scalloped border surrounding a central arrangement of six heraldic shields representing localities of the Torgau district, each rendered in blue and dark brown. Two shields in the upper centre bear a lion rampant and a turreted city gate respectively, while the lower row includes a church dated 1803 at left, a floral tree on a mound, a tasselled shield at right, and a tower dated 1628 at far right. The large numeral "100" in terracotta with a guilloche rosette occupies the centre, below which a Gothic-script anti-counterfeiting warning text is set within a rectangular panel. Two rectangular banners at the upper left and right carry validity and redemption inscriptions. |
