Below the shield, the denomination FR. 100 is inscribed in two lines. The commemorative date -27·IV·1938- appears in the lower exergue. The surrounding border legend MARTESA·E·MBRETIT-EVENIMENT·KOMBËTAR, meaning 'The King's Marriage — A National Event', encircles the design along the periphery.
