The truncation of the neck is cleanly cut. The surrounding legend reads ZOG·I·MBRETI·I·SHQIPTAREVET, meaning 'Zog I, King of the Albanians', arranged along the upper and lower periphery. The date 1938 appears in the lower field flanked by dots, accompanied by the Rome Mint mark R to its right. |

| Description du revers | The central device displays the Royal Albanian coat of arms: a heraldic shield bearing the double-headed eagle of Albania, supported on either side by laurel-draped mantling and flanked by ornate tasselled supports, surmounted by a crested helmet crowned with a stylised ibex. Below the shield, the denomination FR. 100 is inscribed in two lines. The commemorative date -27·IV·1938- appears in the lower exergue. The surrounding border legend MARTESA·E·MBRETIT-EVENIMENT·KOMBËTAR, meaning 'The King's Marriage — A National Event', encircles the design along the periphery. |
