The legend 'REPUBLIQUE DU MALI' is inscribed along the upper edge, with the date '2022' below it. Two five-pointed stars flank the shield in the left and right fields. The denomination '100 FRANCS CFA' and the national motto 'UN PEUPLE · UN BUT · UN FOI' (One People, One Goal, One Faith) appear in the lower field.

Popis rubu	A finely detailed savannah landscape in high relief occupies the central field, depicting a pride of lions: a standing male lion with a full mane at left, a reclining lioness at centre-right, and a cub between them, set against a background of acacia trees, rolling hills, and open plains.
