The lower portion carries a multi-line redemption text in italic letterpress, the issue date "Zittau, den 28. September 1923," two manuscript signatures under the designations "Der Bezirksverband der Amtshauptmannschaft" and "Der Stadtrat," and a list of authorised redemption banks. Anti-counterfeiting warnings are printed vertically in the left and right margins. |
