正面描述	Black intaglio printing on a light blue guilloche underprint, with denomination numerals and Japanese characters 拾圓 in green at the four corners and sides. A large letter 'A' is worked into the central guilloche underprint, flanked by ornamental scroll vignettes at left and right. The inscription 'MILITARY CURRENCY' appears at top, with 'TEN YEN' in green at centre and the seal 軍票 (Military Currency) at the bottom centre.
