| 裏面の説明 | Printed in brown on a pale salmon-pink guilloche underprint, the reverse is dominated by a large central ornamental vignette consisting of an oval cartouche enclosing a floral spray, surrounded by elaborate scrollwork and acanthus-leaf flourishes in intaglio. The inscription 'ISSUED PURSUANT TO MILITARY PROCLAMATION' appears in a panel at the top, and the Japanese equivalent 軍事布告に基き發行す is printed along the bottom margin. |
