A floral sprig ornament appears on the left border, with the numerals '10' repeated at all four corners and the printer's inscription along the lower margin. |

| 裏面の説明 | The left two-thirds of the reverse are occupied by a detailed line-engraved vignette of the National Diet Building (Kokkai-gijido) in Tokyo, its distinctive stepped central tower rising above the colonnaded wings. The denomination numeral '10' appears in large figures to the right, accompanied by a scrollwork ornament. Border bands at top and bottom carry the romanised legends 'NIPPON GINKO' and '10 SEN' respectively, printed in rose-red throughout. |
