Description de l’avers	The central vignette to the right shows two pigeons in flight, rendered in fine intaglio line work within a circular guilloche frame. Large kanji characters reading '拾銭' (ten sen) occupy the centre of the note, with the Bank of Japan title inscription above in vertical kanji script and a red circular seal to the lower left. A floral sprig ornament appears on the left border, with the numerals '10' repeated at all four corners and the printer's inscription along the lower margin.

Description du revers	The left two-thirds of the reverse are occupied by a detailed line-engraved vignette of the National Diet Building (Kokkai-gijido) in Tokyo, its distinctive stepped central tower rising above the colonnaded wings. The denomination numeral '10' appears in large figures to the right, accompanied by a scrollwork ornament. Border bands at top and bottom carry the romanised legends 'NIPPON GINKO' and '10 SEN' respectively, printed in rose-red throughout.
