The foreground is filled with a bold polychrome illustration of yellow flowers in bloom, while a guilloche numeral panel with the denomination figure '10' appears at upper left. Trilingual inscriptions in Sinhala, Tamil, and English identify the issuing authority and denomination along the upper and lower margins. |
