Obverse description	The central vignette presents a large stylised rose in pink and yellow tones set against an elaborate foliate scrollwork underprint in olive-green, flanked on either side by tall fir trees. The denomination numeral '10' appears in the upper left and upper right corners in gold, with the issuer's name 'Osterode a. H.' inscribed on a decorative banner at the top. Vertical border text along the left margin states the redemption condition, while the lower margin carries a scroll ribbon inscribed with a German verse and a further line identifying the issuing agents Cafetier Waller and Buchhändler Schlösser.
