| Obverse description | At center, within a beaded inner circle, the elaborate tughra (imperial monogram) of Sultan Mehmed V is displayed, with the epithet 'Reshat' inscribed to its right. Below the tughra, the regnal year (year of reign) appears in Arabic numerals. Encircling the beaded border, the revolutionary motto reading 'Freedom, Equality, Justice' in Arabic script is arranged around the periphery, flanked by a conjoined olive branch and wheat sheaf — emblems of the Committee of Union and Progress adopted after the Young Turk Revolution of 1908. |

| Reverse description | At center, the denomination '10 Para' in Arabic script is displayed within a beaded crescent. Surrounding the crescent, the circular legend reads 'Ottoman State' and 'Struck in Constantinople' separated by ornamental stars, followed by the Hijri accession date 1327. At the base of the design, a conjoined olive branch and wheat sheaf appear as decorative devices, echoing the nationalist iconography of the obverse. |
