| 裏面の説明 | The large numeral '10' dominates the upper central field, with the denomination 'MARKA' inscribed in bold capitals immediately below. The date '1926' appears in the lower portion of the field, flanked by small decorative stops. The circular legend 'EESTI VABARIIK' (Republic of Estonia) runs along the periphery, reading from the lower left to the upper right. The entire design is framed by a beaded border consistent with the obverse. |

Estonia's 10 Marka of 1926 was struck during the country's first decade of independence, when the marka had already been badly eroded by postwar inflation. Within two years of this coin's minting, Estonia replaced the entire marka system with the kroon at a rate of 100 marka to 1 kroon, making this issue one of the last circulations of the denomination before it was retired entirely in 1928.
