Modewarenhaus Alois Roth — a fashion and dry goods house in St. Pölten — had these printed locally at Rosenberg, keeping both cost and turnaround time low. The Jaksc reference confirms provincial Austrian private issue classification, distinct from the municipal Notgeld series running concurrently in the same town.
