| 正面描述 | Salmon-pink Notgeld note with a dotted rectangular border framing the entire design. A central oval vignette rendered in a fine line-art style presents a view of a stone bridge with multiple arches spanning a river, flanked by towers and buildings amid trees, with the designer credit 'ENTWURF: J. REICHHART' inscribed below the vignette. A decorative ribbon banner arching across the upper portion of the vignette carries the issuing authority inscription, with the denomination '10 HELLER' repeated in squared cartouches at the upper left and right corners. Below the vignette, three facsimile manuscript signatures appear under their respective office titles, with the printer imprint 'GUTENBERG ST. PÖLTEN' at the foot of the note. |

| 备注 |
One of thousands of Austrian municipal notgeld issues produced in the years immediately following World War One, when the collapse of the Habsburg economy and chronic coin shortages forced even small rural communes to print their own fractional currency. Kematen an der Krems, a modest farming community in Upper Austria, turned to Gutenberg in St. Pölten — a press that handled a substantial volume of these regional commissions. Three signatories authenticate the note, which is unusually high for a 10 Heller piece and suggests the local council took the formality seriously.
