Kematen an der Krems, a modest farming community in Upper Austria, turned to Gutenberg in St. Pölten — a press that handled a substantial volume of these regional commissions. Three signatories authenticate the note, which is unusually high for a 10 Heller piece and suggests the local council took the formality seriously.
