Decorative corner ornaments and a foliate scroll border frame the composition. The designer credit "Entwurf: Hans Kozak" and printer imprint "Druck v. F. A panel at left states the denomination "Zehn Heller" and the validity clause "Giltig bis 30. Dez. 1920", followed by a legal guarantee text and a counterfeiting warning in German. Three manuscript signatures with their official titles appear beneath the text.
