The issuer name "Dorf Haag" appears in large Gothic script at upper right, with "Gutschein von" at upper left; the denomination numeral "10" and the word "Heller" are repeated at lower left and lower right. Decorative corner ornaments and a foliate scroll border frame the composition. The designer credit "Entwurf: Hans Kozak" and printer imprint "Druck v. F. Nielar, Amstetten" appear in small text along the lower margin. |

A panel at left states the denomination "Zehn Heller" and the validity clause "Giltig bis 30. Dez. 1920", followed by a legal guarantee text and a counterfeiting warning in German.
