Obverse description Printed in green on cream paper, the obverse carries a central vignette of Schloss St. Hubertus, a multi-storey timber-framed manor house set among trees, with clouds above rendered in a woodcut-style engraving. The issuer name "Dorf Haag" appears in large Gothic script at upper right, with "Gutschein von" at upper left; the denomination numeral "10" and the word "Heller" are repeated at lower left and lower right. Decorative corner ornaments and a foliate scroll border frame the composition. The designer credit "Entwurf: Hans Kozak" and printer imprint "Druck v. F. Nielar, Amstetten" appear in small text along the lower margin.

Reverse description Printed in dark olive-brown on cream paper, the reverse bears at upper left a bold Gothic-script heading "Gutschein der Gemeinde Dorf Haag" with the sub-legend "Bezirk Amstetten — Nied.-Oesterr." below. A panel at left states the denomination "Zehn Heller" and the validity clause "Giltig bis 30. Dez. 1920", followed by a legal guarantee text and a counterfeiting warning in German. Three manuscript signatures with their official titles appear beneath the text. To the right, a woodcut-style vignette shows the Josef Datzberger Gasthaus building with the caption "Zum Marktfonden - Schaffensfeld". A diamond-pattern border frames the entire note.
