| 备注 |
De Javasche Bank operated as the colonial central bank of the Dutch East Indies, and this issue spans one of the more turbulent stretches of that role — from the tail end of the colonial sugar economy's dominance through the disruptions of the First World War, during which the bank faced significant pressure on its specie reserves and temporarily suspended gold convertibility. Enschedé in Haarlem printed the entire run, as was standard for the bank's higher denominations throughout this period.
The three signature combinations reflect genuine administrative turnover, not reprinting events. Zeilinga's name appears across two separate pairings — with von Hemert and then van Rossem — a detail that helps narrow dating when the printed date on a specific note is ambiguous. The black versus red serial number distinction on otherwise identical 1913–1924 dates is a known printing variant, not a clerical anomaly.
