| Obverse description | The obverse features an abstract geometric design inspired by traditional Sami decorative motifs, with repeating triangular and chevron patterns filling the upper field, evoking landscapes of the Arctic tundra and fell country. A large circular disc, representing the sun, is depicted in the upper right portion of the field, rendered in a stylised, flat manner consistent with contemporary Nordic design. Two diagonal lines converge across the lower field, framing rows of wave-like and tent-shaped geometric elements suggestive of Sami cultural symbols. The legend 'SUOMI FINLAND' appears in two lines to the left of centre, with the denomination '10 €' to its right in the lower field. |

| Reverse description | The reverse presents an abstract composition of angular, rhombus-shaped and linear elements scattered across the upper field, evoking traditional Sami handicraft and jewellery motifs known as duodji. A broad diagonal band sweeps across the centre of the field, bearing two curved legends: 'DEN SAMISKA KULTUREN' (Swedish for 'The Sami Culture') on the outer arc and 'SAAMELAISKULTTUURII' (Finnish) on the inner arc. Within the lower portion of the band, the Northern Sami phrase 'MIN ÁRBI' ('My Heritage') is prominently inscribed in bold lettering above the date '2018'.
