The central vignette presents the Nova Scotia provincial coat of arms supported by two Indigenous figures, while secondary vignettes at lower left and lower right depict a fishing scene and a sailing vessel respectively. Two red serial numbers appear in the lateral margins, with the date 'Jan. 2, 1935' and place of issue 'Halifax, N.S.' printed above, and two manuscript facsimile signatures for the President and General Manager below. |
