| Opis rewersu | The denomination numeral 10 dominates the central field in large bold numerals, flanked on both sides by decorative floral vine borders. Above the numeral, the Sinhala legend ලංකා arcs along the upper rim. Below the numeral, the denomination is expressed in Sinhala script (සත දහය), followed by the Tamil equivalent (பத்து சதம்), and the Latin legend TEN CENTS. The date 1971 appears in the lower exergue, all set within the characteristic eight-lobed scalloped flan. |
