Описание аверса	Five crowned royal cyphers of King Léopold II, each comprising an interlaced 'L' monogram surmounted by a royal crown, arranged radially around the central hole to form a five-pointed star pattern. An inner beaded circle frames the central design, while the bilingual legend 'CONGO BELGE · BELGISCH-CONGO ·' runs along the outer rim. A small five-pointed star appears at the lower left of the field, and the toothed border encircles the entire design.

Описание реверса	A large, boldly rendered five-pointed star with radiating lines and dotted ornamentation fills the central field, centered on the round hole. Three small five-pointed stars flank each side of the design in the field, arranged vertically at left and right. The denomination '10 C.' is inscribed in the upper field above the star, and the date '1909' appears in the exergue below. A toothed border encircles the entire reverse.
