| 备注 |
The Mindanao Emergency Currency Board was one of several provincial and regional bodies that issued guerrilla currency during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines. These notes were produced under considerable risk — printing and distributing them was treated by Japanese authorities as a subversive act, and several individuals connected to such operations were executed. Mindanao's geography, with its interior mountain terrain and active resistance networks, gave local authorities more operational latitude than areas under tighter Japanese control.
Three signatures appear on this note, which was unusual for small-denomination emergency issues — most boards kept authorization requirements simple given wartime constraints on communication and personnel.
