Corner numeral 10 appears at all four positions, with ornamental guilloche-style vine motifs along the top edge. A manuscript signature appears at lower left alongside printed signatory names: FLORENTINO SAGUIN as Chairman and F. D. PACANA and BARBASA as Members, with the series designation HH and a serial number at lower right. |
