| Obverse description | Central field features the national emblem of Oman — a khanjar dagger superimposed over two crossed swords — surmounted by a royal crown. The Arabic legend 'سلطنة عمان' (Sultanate of Oman) is inscribed to the upper right and left of the emblem, with the Hijri date ١٤١١هـ to the right and the Gregorian date ١٩٩٠م to the left. The denomination '١٠ بيسة' (10 Baisa) appears below the emblem, with the issuer legend 'البنك المركزي العماني' (Central Bank of Oman) along the lower field. The entire design is enclosed within a decorative dashed border running along the rim. |
