The large numeral «10000» occupies the centre-right field, with the currency name «СЎМ» and issuing authority inscription below. A decorative guilloche rosette at the far right carries a further numeral counter, and the serial number appears at the lower left. |

Four ornamental corner medallions, each enclosing the numeral «10000», are distributed symmetrically around the central cartouche against a pale guilloche ground. |
