Obverse description A mythological Hamsa bird (sacred goose of Hindu-Buddhist tradition) depicted in left profile, rendered in highly stylized Khmer artistic style with elaborate scaled plumage, ornate crested head, and dramatically swept decorative tail feathers filling the right field. Khmer script legends arranged around the periphery of the field, with additional inscriptions occupying the upper portion of the design. The whole is enclosed within a finely toothed inner border and a reeded outer rim.

Reverse description A three-towered Khmer royal palace or temple facade rendered in fine detail, featuring tiered prasat towers with flame finials and stupa-like superstructures flanked by naga serpent balustrades, all rising above a decorated base with geometric ornamentation. A central cartouche in the middle tower contains Khmer script inscription. The design is executed in a classical Cambodian architectural style and is enclosed within a toothed inner border and reeded outer rim.
