| 背面描述 | Central field bears the arms of the Archbishopric of Mainz — a horizontally striped (barry) escutcheon surmounted by an episcopal hat — displayed within an elaborate Baroque cartouche. A circular legend surrounding the central shield reads CAPITUL: METROP: MOGUNT, with the date 1743 inscribed below the shield within the legend circle. At the lower portion of the field, a separate cartouche contains the two-line inscription SEDE VACANTE, denoting the vacancy of the archiepiscopal see.
