| Descrizione del rovescio | A crowned Prussian eagle displayed in flight occupies the upper portion of the field, with the motto SVVMCVIQVE (To each his own) arched above it. Below, four mining windlass or winding-gear supports are depicted above mine shafts, symbolizing the silver ore extraction from the ducal Magdeburg mines that provided the metal for this Ausbeute (mine-yield) coinage. The circumferential Latin legend records the occasion and date of the mining first-fruits offering, with the mintmaster's initials C•S at the end. |
