| Beschrijving voorzijde | Standing royal archer figure depicted in frontal stance at center, holding a bow in the raised right hand with a flaming standard or scepter to the left; the effigy is rendered in a highly stylized and schematic manner characteristic of late Gupta-derived Bengal coinage. Auxiliary symbols and subsidiary devices occupy the field on either side of the king. A degraded Brahmi legend encircles the periphery, largely illegible due to the progressive stylization of the die engraving. The overall treatment reflects the pronounced artistic degeneration typical of the Samatata regional coinage tradition of the seventh to eighth centuries. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A highly stylized and schematically rendered goddess figure occupies the central field, depicted standing with a flowing cloak or garment draped about her form, in a manner derived from the Gupta-period Lakshmi reverse type. The figure retains vestigial iconographic elements of the earlier Gupta prototype, though rendered with considerable stylistic degeneration. A Brahmi legend, heavily degraded and partially illegible, is disposed around the periphery of the flan. Auxiliary symbols and ornamental devices appear in the surrounding field. The overall execution is characteristic of the debased die-cutting tradition of the Varendra-Samatata regional coinage of the late seventh to early eighth century. |
