| Beschrijving keerzijde | Two standing imperial figures, rendered in a barbaric imitative style, facing one another and jointly holding a long cross or standard between them; a small figure or captive may be depicted at their feet. The composition loosely imitates official late Roman reverse types celebrating the concordia of the co-rulers. Below the main design, a mintmark in the exergue is partially legible. The surrounding legend, though corrupted, derives from the official Victory and vow formula of the Magnentius coinage. |
