| 备注 |
Trebnitz — now Trzebnica in Lower Silesia — was a small Prussian market town, and the joint issuance by both a merchants' association and a credit cooperative points to a local economy tight enough that two distinct institutions pooled resources to solve a small-change shortage. These fractional Pfennig notgeld pieces from merchants' and advance credit associations are among the most ephemeral paper issues in the German local currency record; at 37 × 27 mm, survival was always unlikely.
The Tieste catalog distinguishes this piece from a companion issue by typeface alone — roman versus gothic — suggesting the two were printed in separate runs, possibly by different local printers.
