| Obverse description | Draped bust of Empress Maria Theresia facing right, her hair elaborately dressed in loose curls falling to the neck, rendered in a refined baroque style. The effigy is uncrowned and unadorned, presented with naturalistic portraiture typical of mid-18th century Austrian coinage. The circular legend arcs around the bust, divided across both sides of the field. The coin features a distinctive milled or reeded border of fine radial denticles forming a prominent inner rim. |
