Descrizione del dritto	The face of this emergency circulating note is dominated by typeset letterpress text on a lightly patterned ground, with the denomination numeral '1' repeated in each corner. The provincial seal of Negros Occidental appears at the lower right, accompanied by a signature panel bearing printed committee member names and a manuscript countersignature. Serial number and series year are printed in red ink, with 'NEGROS OCCIDENTAL CURRENCY COMMITTEE' cited as the issuing authority at the foot of the note.
