Obverse description The face of this emergency circulating note is dominated by typeset letterpress text on a lightly patterned ground, with the denomination numeral '1' repeated in each corner. The provincial seal of Negros Occidental appears at the lower right, accompanied by a signature panel bearing printed committee member names and a manuscript countersignature.
