The camp name "Kriegsgefangenenlager Golzern (Mulde)" appears at the top, with the denomination "EINE MARK" in large bold letters at centre. Two manuscript signatures appear at lower left and lower right, identifying the Verpflegungsoffizier (Supply Officer) with rank Oberleutnant and the Kommandant with rank Oberst, above the printer's imprint of Johannes Pässler, Dresden.
