背面描述	The reverse is printed in brown and olive-green tones and presents two landscape vignettes side by side: at left, a panoramic view of a Moldovan monastery and rolling countryside rendered in reddish-brown intaglio; at right, a detailed engraving of the fortress of Soroca (or a comparable medieval Moldovan stronghold) with cypress trees in the foreground. A large white numeral 1 appears at the far left within a guilloche panel, and the denomination UN LEU is set in the lower border band. The header panel carries the inscription REPUBLICA MOLDOVA, while a vertical poetic quotation runs along the inner left margin.
