Obverse description Central shield bearing the quartered arms of the Habsburg dominions, surmounted by an imperial crown with elaborate mantling and scrollwork supporters. The crowned escutcheon is rendered in fine relief with hatching and dotted bordures distinguishing the quarters. A circular legend in Latin encircles the design, reading the full royal titles of Leopold II, separated by pellets. The coin exhibits a milled border and a well-defined inner circle framing the armorial composition.
