| Opis rewersu | Central crowned and pointed oval shield bearing the quartered arms of the Archbishopric of Trier: the field is divided into quarters displaying the cross of Trier and the wavy-barred arms (Zickzack) of the electorate, surmounted by a pointed Gothic arch. The shield is set within the coin's field, framed by a beaded inner circle. The surrounding legend in uncial Latin letters, reading between the inner and outer beaded borders, identifies this as a new gold coinage struck at Coblenz. |
