| Reverse description | A tall, centrally placed oil palm tree dominates the field, its fronds spreading broadly toward the upper periphery and its trunk flanked by the large denomination numerals '1' and 'F' in bold relief. The date appears in two parts — '19' to the left and '27' to the right — at the base of the trunk. The legend CONGO BELGE is divided across the lower portion of the field, arching along the bottom within a beaded border.
