| Opis rewersu | Elaborate quartered coat of arms of the Piast dukes of Liegnitz-Brieg displayed at centre, surmounted by a ducal crown and flanked by two heraldic supporters — an eagle to the left and a lion to the right. The shield is richly mantled with ornate Baroque strapwork and displays the dynastic quarterings associated with Silesian Piast heraldry. The date AN. 1660 appears in the upper field flanking a crowned orb, while the pious motto legend SORS MEA A - DOMINO AN. encircles the entire composition within a beaded border, meaning 'My fate is from the Lord.' |
