Obverse description Facing bust of the ruler in three-quarter view, wearing an elaborate crown surmounted by a crescent and radiating prongs, set within a beaded border. The effigy displays stylized facial features with prominent almond-shaped eyes, and the shoulders are rendered with a dotted collar or necklace detail. Bactrian or Brahmi legend flanks the bust in the field, with additional symbolic devices visible to the sides. The overall style reflects the late Sasanian artistic tradition adapted by Hephthalite die-cutters.
