| 正面铭文 | بنده شاه ولایت عبّاس ۱۰۱۹ |
| 背面描述 | Irregular hammered silver flan displaying the Shi'a profession of faith (tashahud) in three lines of nasta'liq script, a hallmark of Safavid coinage under Shah Abbas I. The upper line reads 'La ilaha ill-Allah' (There is no god but God), the central line 'Muhammad Nabi-Allah' (Muhammad is the Prophet of God), and the lower line 'Ali Wali-Allah' (Ali is the Friend of God). The script fills the flan with bold, deeply struck strokes, though the irregular planchet results in partial legend truncation at the edges. |

Abbas I overhauled the Safavid monetary system around 1610–1611, introducing a rationalized bisti denomination as part of broader fiscal reforms tied to his consolidation of royal control over the silk trade. The bisti circulated as a fractional workhorse in bazaar transactions, and the proliferation of operating mints under Abbas — many provincial, some ephemeral — means that unattributed mint examples are not exceptional. The unknown mint designation here is honest; forcing an attribution on these small fractionals has produced more catalog errors than clarity.
