Beschrijving voorzijde	The Venezuelan national coat of arms occupies the central field, featuring a quartered shield displaying an emblematic horse galloping left in the lower quarter, a sheaf of wheat in the upper left quarter, and weapons and flags in the upper right quarter. A circular legend reading ESTADOS UNIDOS DE VENEZUELA surrounds the shield along the upper periphery, separated by dot stops. In the lower exergue, the inscriptions GRAM. 1, the date 1879, and the fineness LEI 835 are arranged horizontally, denoting the coin's weight, year of issue, and silver standard respectively. The design is executed in a refined neoclassical engraving style, with a beaded border encircling the entire composition.
